Letters for my Children to read

This blog is for my children to read in order to understand how I feel, even if I don't have a chance to share it with them because of the divorce and the fact that we do not live in the same house. When they are older I plan on sharing the fact that this blog is for them. I do not plan on using any details that would identify them.

Splitting up

Everyone seems to be growing and going their own ways. This is the natural things that seems to happen to all families. As you progress through your teenage years, the last thing you want to do or be with is your parents or extended family.

Yet, my oldest son has decided to stop by more (even if it is after being in town for a party) and my daughter calls to see what I am doing (and probably to ask for a ride or money...)and my youngest wants to be around...(even to play video games on the computer...) my other son (who now has his second apartment... and lives the farthest away)has lasted almost three weeks without a phone call...

Things seems to run their own course, and while I am a little sad, the phone calls and visits do wonders....
